Forest Diversion & FC Act Compliance Services
ODRA Associates provides specialized services for Forest Clearance (FC) as mandated by the Forest (Conservation) Act, 1980, for non-forest use of forest land. We assist clients across various sectors (Mining, Infrastructure, Power) in achieving statutory compliance and obtaining approvals from the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEFCC).
Our expertise covers the entire process, including detailed DGPS/Total Station survey of the proposed forest land for diversion, identification and mapping of equivalent non-forest land for Compensatory Afforestation (CA), and the preparation of all required documentation for online submission on the Parivesh Portal.
We ensure accurate calculation of the Net Present Value (NPV), preparation of detailed Felling and Working Schemes, and seamless coordination with the Divisional Forest Officer (DFO), Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (PCCF), and the Central Government (MoEFCC) for Stage-I and Stage-II Clearances. Our successful track record includes liaising for linear projects, mining leases, and industrial projects across complex forest terrains.
