Forest Diversion
ODRA professional forest management expertise helps in meeting the regulatory requirements of the projects involving diversion of forest land, confirming to the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEF & CC) under Forest (Conservation) Act,1980. Our services will cover.
Our Forest Diversion Process
Our service streamlines the often-delayed process of obtaining Forest Clearance. We initiate the process with a detailed DGPS/Total Station survey of the proposed non-forest area for diversion and the required area for Compensatory Afforestation (CA). This is crucial for calculating the Net Present Value (NPV).
We handle the complete preparation and submission of the online proposal via the Parivesh Portal, liaise with the Forest Department and State Nodal Officer, and provide technical support during Joint Site Inspections to secure both Stage I (In-Principle) and Stage II (Final) Approvals.
