Geo-technical Investigation

We plan the structure and subsequent designs based on a sound investigation of the founding strata. During construction, we ensure the quality of materials, execution, and post-construction maintenance. Sufficient experienced personnel are available to supervise tests, interpret data, and carry out analysis.

Project Management Services

Upgrading and retrofitting infrastructure projects while maintaining compliance and operational efficiency:

• Site Management

  Supervise and monitor construction activities, certify work measurements for progressive payments, and manage micro schedules through weekly updates and gap analysis to ensure timely, standard-compliant project delivery.

• Inspection & Quality Control

  Ensure materials meet Railway standards (cement/steel accepted with manufacturer’s certificate), supervise site work as per standards, and prepare a detailed Quality Assurance Plan with test recording and monitoring formats.

• Planning & Control

  Define coordination procedures with the Client, monitor and report monthly progress, review actual progress and projections with the site-in-charge, and track all purchased items required for the new Railway system.

• Co-ordination with Railways

  Advise the Client on Railway procedures and payments for plan approvals and inspections, interact monthly with Railway authorities to review project progress, and arrange siding testing to obtain a fitness certificate.
